About
Bakerloo

Ashley has always harbored a love for all things vintage. For many years, she dreamt of a vintage camper decked out in her brands, with which she could travel and host luxury interior designers. In October of 2018, she made her dream reality when she purchased a 1971 Serro Scotty.

An unabashed Anglophile with a love of all things London, there was no question that, like her dogs, Dilly and Wembley, Ashley’s vintage camper must be given a name inspired by the city that means so much to her. Putney, Mayfair, and Slone were all under consideration until a trip to London in December of 2018, when Ashley decided that Bakerloo was the perfect name. After all, the Bakerloo line of the London Underground system includes stops at Wembley Stadium and Piccadilly Circus.

Ashley spent countless hours ensuring that Bakerloo would be the ideal mobile showroom for hosting designers. Of course, all the soft furnishings were from Bakerloo brands. When she and Bakerloo hit the road in February 2019, The Bakerloo Collection was officially born!

While the collection began with Osborne & Little and Designers Guild, it wasn’t long till The Bakerloo Collection grew to include Amalia Home Collection, Bellaire Dynamik, Down Inc, Evelyne Prélonge, Orchids Lux Home and Studio Zen Wallcoverings.

In early 2021, Ashley made the decision to adopt a new, bigger Bakerloo. She purchased a 1972 Bell Travel Trailer. Once again, she worked tirelessly to make sure that, like the first Bakerloo, this one was equally perfect, inside, and out. Bakerloo 2.0 took her maiden voyage on March 8, 2021.

The beauty of Bakerloo is that she allows Ashley to take the showroom on the road. The concept that was once a dream has proved to be even more successful than Ashley could have imagined, and Bakerloo is adored everywhere she goes.
